Sandra Stingel

Beginning her real estate career in 1997 with a 12 month REIQ Traineeship, Sandra is our resident specialist with knowledge of day to day running of an industry office, as well as extensive knowledge of legislation requirements for all real estate matters.

With 26 years’ experience in contract management, she ensures your contracts are done quickly and efficiently. Sandra is a previous Licensee of 2 franchise real estate offices and has worked her way from reception to property management, contract management, office management and ownership. She has also worked as a real estate salesperson, trainer and mentor.

As Office Manager of Ind Industries and Invest Property Solutions, Sandra is on hand for the sales team and clients alike. She works hands on with each and every land sale and build contract to ensure an easy flow for all our clients.

She has extensive Property Management knowledge and is able to answer most questions regarding leasing and quickly and efficiently help with any Residential Tenancies Act enquiries.

Working alongside Dean Ind our Director, Sandra ensures the office is running at full capacity.
