With more than 29 years of industry experience, Sandra has built an impressive career spanning contract management, property management, sales, office management, training, mentoring, and business ownership. As a former Licensee of two franchise real estate offices, she has worked her way through every level of the industry, from reception and property management to contract management, office management, sales, and ultimately ownership.
Sandra's extensive experience in contract management enables her to ensure contracts are prepared accurately, efficiently, and with meticulous attention to detail. She takes a hands-on approach to every land sale and build contract, helping to create a seamless process for clients from start to finish.
As Office Manager, Sandra is a valuable resource for both the sales team and clients. Her in-depth knowledge of property management and residential leasing allows her to confidently assist with a wide range of enquiries, including matters relating to the Residential Tenancies Act.
Working alongside Director Dean Ind, Sandra plays a pivotal role in ensuring the office operates efficiently and continues to deliver exceptional service to clients. Her commitment to professionalism, industry knowledge, and client satisfaction makes her an integral part of the business.
